in Media Programming
Adults often believe racial or sexist messages “go right over the heads” of young children, but do they? However subtle, these damaging messages often leave a lasting impression that is not easily undone. Learn to separate the negative from the positive and identify messages that advance social understanding rather than promote fear and hate.
